Even with the lowest-cost Starter license, the platform offers asset management, a knowledge base for teams and customers, a client portal where clients or employees can log in to view their data, assets, tickets, and more. From the Starter license onwards, the Codenica system also includes a built-in internal company chat and an integrated email system. The platform is highly comprehensive. It works on any device (phone, tablet, computer, etc.) without the need to install anything. Everything functions intuitively and is fully responsive in the user’s preferred browser.
