Following the trend towards cloud services, a strategic shift was made towards developing an advanced SaaS solution, leveraging robust cloud computing capabilities and integrating Microsoft .NET and React technologies with the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
The new Codenica ITSM SaaS platform required several years of development and testing and marks a key milestone in the company’s growth. It reflects a commitment to offering modern solutions that meet the needs of global enterprises while maintaining versatility for smaller companies and providing access to advanced features that can be customized or simplified according to specific needs.
The Codenica ITSM SaaS platform is fundamentally a helpdesk ticketing system, which, with the Enterprise license, expands to include new features for change, problem, and release management, becoming a comprehensive ITSM service desk system. Even with the lowest-cost Starter license, the platform offers asset management, a knowledge base for teams and customers, a client portal where clients or employees can log in to view their data, assets, tickets, and more. From the Starter license onwards, the Codenica ITSM system also includes a built-in internal company chat and an integrated email system. The platform is highly comprehensive. It works on any device (phone, tablet, computer, etc.) without the need to install anything. Everything functions intuitively and is fully responsive in the user’s preferred browser. This eliminates common issues related to synchronization and lack of functionality when using separate applications for different devices.
